The Red Arrows’ packed summer schedule continues in earnest with a series of displays and flypasts across the UK.
Officially known as the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team, the team has had a bumper year so far, with appearances at Trooping the Colour and Armed Forces Day.
This year marks their 60th anniversary, meaning fans of the daring pilots have plenty of opportunities to see them lighting up the skies in red, white and blue.
A highlight of their Diamond season is set to be the Royal International Air Tattoo, which takes place at RAF Fairford on 19, 20 and 21 July.
But before that, residents and visitors to Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire should look skywards for a glimpse of their trademark skills and acrobatics as the team head to the Defence Academy at Shrivenham Station.
The planes are scheduled to depart RAF Fairford at 10.42am on Thursday – here’s everything you need to know.
